Introduction of CY series Pressed steel Ahcell Ball Transfer Units

Our company has launched a series of CY pressed steel ball transfer units for the market with light load, high density arrangement and low cost. It is mainly used in various production assembly workshops, wood processing plants, steel, steel plate transfer, processing workshop, logistics transit & picking center.

The ball transfer units of the CY pressed steel series has a simple structure, low cost and convenient installation. Generally, it is possible to adopt a low-pitch, compact and dense manner to increase the bearing capacity of the ball transfer units platform and to smooth the handling process.

Depending on the structure and installation method, the CY series ball transfer units can be

subdivided into:

CY-A adopts a bottom flange with holes for quick installation with screws and rivets.

CY-B adopts the middle circular flange with holes, and needs to reserve a round hole on the platform for placement. It can be quickly installed with screws and rivets.

CY-C and CY-H are cylindrical in design and need to be drilled on the platform. They can be pressed directly or fixed by clamps, tolerance rings and glue.

CY-D and CY-F with bolt are screwed and can be screwed directly into the screw hole or fixed with a nut.

CY-T built-in shock absorption and compression spring, suitable for handling uneven surface of objects, or mold loading and unloading platform; need to drill holes in the platform, can be directly pressed, or fixed by clamps, tolerance rings, glue, etc. .
